We are a family company who prides itself on working for and with the members of our community. In short, we work for you!

Owner and Operator, Joshua Trawitzki, has been working in the restoration industry for over 10 years. He started his career as an entry level salesperson. Joshua has since grown in his knowledge and expertise of the field while working his way up through and learning all facets of the restoration industry. In 2015, Joshua took a brief hiatus from his restoration career to work at a community service organization helping low-income families make critical repairs to their homes. Joshua later re-entered the restoration industry hoping to continue the work he excels at, while also continuing to help those in need in the community. Alas, Forward Adjusting Services was born.

Administrative support for Forward Adjusting Services is provided by Erika Trawitzki, Joshua's wife. Erika, a Social Worker by trade, has an extensive history and knowledge of human services and community organizations. Having spent the last 12 years of her career offering assistance to families in need has well prepared her to support her husband while he offers critical services and support to those in the community. Erika assists with administrative functions of Forward Adjusting Services so that Joshua may continue to serve the client both effectively and efficiently.
